I must say that Zappos is one of those companies that always seem to come up when I read up on Online Retailers. They seem to have unparalleled customer satisfaction rating & internal policies that are skewered more towards the customer then the company itself. A lot to learn from Tony and his team, enjoy his 20min talk, its really worth the watch ;)
